2. Website purpose

This website provides general information about digital product, technology, design, marketing, analytics and related services offered by AUXEVO PTE. LTD. Website content is informational and does not, by itself, create a client relationship or binding service commitment.

3. Service engagements

Specific services, deliverables, responsibilities, timelines, fees, payment arrangements, cancellation terms and any refund terms are agreed separately in a proposal, order form, statement of work, agreement or other written commercial documentation.

4. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, required access, approvals, assets and instructions necessary for the agreed work, and for ensuring that their products, services, advertising claims, data use and business activities comply with applicable law and platform requirements.

5. No guaranteed outcomes

Digital, marketing and commercial outcomes depend on factors outside our control. We may use research, analysis, testing and optimization to support improvement, but do not guarantee a specific platform approval, account status, ranking, traffic level, lead volume, revenue, profitability or return on investment unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.

6. Third-party platforms and links

Some engagements may involve third-party advertising, analytics, hosting, commerce or technology platforms. References to third-party names describe technologies that may be used or supported and do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, certification or partnership unless expressly documented. External links are provided for convenience and are controlled by their respective operators.
